I had such wonderful stay, the place is absolutely fantastic and safe!

came with my 2 teenagers, everything was good. also, location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, not very far from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

The hotel rooms are air-conditioned and great-sized with a nice view, the balcony which can have a nice view of the church near by SMN station and cable TV.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block from the train station and next to a popular Chinese restaurant. It's so close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and lovely balconies overlooking the street. The breakfast offers a good selection, and the service is impeccable.
The lift is a bit small, requiring multiple trips for luggage.

We were welcomed by Francesca after a terrible train trip from Rome and our mood was lifted immediately! She is an excellent hostess; providing us with a map and the lowdown on what to see, what to skip, and most importantly where to eat!. Molto bene, grazie!
Walls and floors were a bit thin but not unbearable.

Location superb right across from railway station three minute walk away. Excellent host in Fransesca for whom nothing was too much. Very good ambience and facilities. Family type of environment. The third floor location may be a bit of a struggle for suitcase heavy visitors as the lift is very, very small. We'd be back there in a flash if visiting Florence again.

Breakfast room is small. Parking place is mostly occsupied (but it's common near the big station).

The value for money at the hotel was great - clean and roomy with a comfy bed. The location was ideal, close to the train station and main landmarks. The staff, especially Nadia, were friendly and helpful, making our stay much easier.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.
